With the official launch of the Kia Seltos facelift just around the corner, the internet has already been inundated with spy images of the upcoming SUV. Kia recently unveiled a teaser video showcasing the exterior and interior of the Seltos. Furthermore, it confirmed that the updated Seltos will come equipped with an ADAS safety suite.
Kia Seltos Facelift ADAS Safety Suite
As observed in the official teaser, the Seltos facelift features a radar positioned just below the front number plate, indicating the inclusion of an ADAS suite. Additionally, the digital driver’s display exhibits signs of lane keep assist and adaptive cruise control. Furthermore, it is expected to offer safety features such as highway driving assist, forward collision assist, blind spot detection, and rear cross-traffic collision avoidance assist. Internationally, Kia has already integrated the ADAS suite into the Seltos facelift as part of the standard feature list.
Kia Seltos Interior And Features
Previously, the automaker provided a glimpse of the Seltos’ interior, revealing a new dashboard with a spacious dual-screen setup, an updated center console, and an expansive panoramic sunroof. The dual-screen setup will serve as both an infotainment screen and a digital driver display. The SUV retains the same steering wheel as its predecessor, featuring mounted controls, while the center console houses multiple air conditioning and music control buttons.
2023 Kia Seltos Launch Date And Rivals
Kia is set to introduce the facelifted Seltos in India on July 4th, 2023. Once released, this SUV will go head-to-head with competitors such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, Toyota Urban Cruiser Hyryder, and Honda Elevate.
